A manufacturer of grain storage elevators contacted Pentalift for design input during the onsite assembly of the elevators. This model of grain elevator is raised and delivery trucks drive under the grain elevator to be loaded. During the assembly process the bottom flange is raised and positioned by the lift table illustrated. The lift table has a lowered height of just over 4 feet and is capable of lifting 15,000 lbs 24 feet. Platform size is 7 feet x 10 feet. The 575/3/60 15 HP power unit features dual lifting and lowering speeds to allow precise positioning of the lower elevator flange during assembly. In the event of power failure the lift table is also equipped with a manual lowering valve.
