A customer that specializes in aluminum castings contacted Pentalift with a custom designed request for a combination lift table with a sliding deck assembly. The lift table is stationary and the aluminum casting table was installed on a rollaway carriage. During maintenance the casting table is moved into position on the rollaway carriage until it is close to the lift table. Utilizing a combination of the lift table variable deck height and deck extension places the technicians in the optimum position to perform routine maintenance procedures on the casting table.
