An international manufacturer of high tech medical equipment selected Pentalift as the dock equipment manufacturer of choice for 27 hydraulic roll-off stop dock levelers, 27 Model PS470 dock shelters and 27 Model HFR32 hydraulic vehicle restraints at their factory in New England. The medical device manufacturer determined that Pentalift was able to offer them a better design and value than other potential dock equipment manufacturers. Safety, value and performance were also decision factors. The roll-off stop lip dock leveler was selected to prevent accidents associated with fork trucks rolling off the dock when a trailer is not in place. The dock leveler and vehicle restraint are interlocked, in one common master control panel, to force a procedural process that further improves safety.
