Pre-engineered lift tables are typically designed and built for intermittent use. Pentalift considers standard use to be up to 8 full loaded, complete cycles per hour. If the equipment will be exposed to greater than 8 cycles per hour, then we need to look at making upgrades to the table and the power unit.
Pentalift offers a high cycle package that includes upgrades to spherical bearings in place of pins and cam followers in place of the standard rollers, along with upgrades to the cylinder head nut.
Pentalift will often suggest additional upgrades for high cycle, such as moving to central grease systems, or a continuous running power unit with increased reservoir size or oil cooling systems.
