Remote Manifold for Central Lubrication System

Central lubrication is an option often applied to lift tables that are utilized in high cycle applications. In a high cycle application greasable high cycle bearings and grease fittings are provided at all pivot locations. To facilitate easier and complete lubrication an additional option is central lubrication system. This includes a manifold installed on the lift in a easily accessible location. There are grease lines running from the manifold to all the greasable points on the lift.  In some applications the accessibility to the manifold and its grease fittings can be difficult to achieve if it is installed on the lift. In these applications Pentalift offers a remote manifold that can be attached to a stand, wall, or structure that is adjacent to the lift. When the central grease manifold is conveniently positioned for easy access it promotes maintenance and increases the likelihood of lubrication as required.
