The Pentaloader is available in four models (XPL1, XPL2, PL1, PL2), each featuring a 48″ x 48″ platform with a maximum capacity of 4,500 lbs. Each model is equipped with its own dedicated spring set, configured for a defined pallet weight range, with four adjustable settings using quick U-pins to ensure proper self-leveling performance across varying load requirements. Its patented spring-cam mechanism provides true self-leveling operation without the need for electrical connections, hydraulics, or compressed air. Rotating Pallet Positioner with 360 Degree Access
Built for demanding environments, the Pentaloader features a 360° rotating turntable integrated into a scissor-lift platform. This design allows operators to manually rotate pallets on the platform, eliminating the need to walk around loads, overreach, or work in awkward positions.
Designed as a low-maintenance, energy-free solution, it operates entirely on a reliable mechanical spring system, making it ideal for demanding industrial environments. Each unit comes standard with corner locator tabs to ensure consistent pallet positioning, with optional extended tab configurations available to accommodate pallet clearances up to 58″.
