Product Overview

Pentalift NL-Series No Low Lift Tables are low profile hydraulic scissor lift tables designed to provide true floor-level access for pallet trucks and other mobile material handling equipment. This eliminates the need for recessed pit installation or approach ramps while delivering efficient, flexible material positioning.

For operations that rely on pallet jacks or frequent manual pallet handling, the NL-Series offers a practical alternative to pit-mounted lift tables. The floor-level loading design simplifies installation and allows operators to raise pallets to an optimal working height for depalletizing, assembly, packaging, and production tasks.

Designed around common industrial pallet and rack sizes, NL-Series lift tables are available in platform dimensions from 44” x 48” to 50” x 54”. A beveled front edge supports smooth pallet jack entry and exit for efficient loading and unloading.

With a standard 35” vertical travel and capacities of 2,500 lb, 4,000 lb, and 6,000 lb, the NL-Series delivers reliable performance for positioning palletized loads at ergonomic working heights.

Why Choose a No Low Lift Table?

A no low lift table is often the right choice when a facility needs pallet jack access without cutting a floor pit or using a long approach ramp. This makes the NL-Series especially useful in existing facilities, leased industrial spaces, or production areas where pit construction is impractical.

A no low lift table is ideal when pallet jack access is required without the need for a floor pit or extended ramp system. This makes the NL-Series well suited for existing facilities, leased spaces, and production areas where permanent floor modifications are not practical.

Unlike standard scissor lift tables, the NL-Series is engineered for direct floor-level loading. Operators can position palletized loads using a pallet truck, elevate them to a comfortable working height, and complete handling tasks with reduced bending and reach.

Combining the functionality of a hydraulic scissor lift table with floor-level accessibility, the NL-Series supports ergonomic, efficient pallet handling in a wide range of industrial applications.

Applications & Industrial Use

NL-Series Lift Tables are designed for floor-level loading and unloading where pallet trucks are used frequently in production, warehousing, and processing environments.

A key function of the NL-Series is ergonomic load positioning. By raising materials into the optimal working range, the lift table helps reduce repetitive bending and reaching while improving operator access and workflow efficiency.

In addition to positioning applications, the NL-Series can function as a raised transfer platform, elevating loads up to 35” to align with adjacent work surfaces or equipment. In these cases, the optional drive-through configuration allows pallet truck access even when the table is raised.

As part of an industrial pallet handling strategy, the NL-Series improves material flow, accessibility, and operational efficiency across manufacturing, machining, warehousing, assembly, and processing facilities.
