Dual Direction Tilt Table

A new dual direction tilt table designed for a personnel carrier manufacturer was engineered as the central component in a research and development test station. The table facilitates the off-center testing of a personnel carrier vehicle. The tilt table was also designed to assist in the testing of prototype stability and structural analysis. The table features dual direction tilting capabilities, with up to 45° tilting in one direction and up to 40° in a secondary direction. The table allows a running personnel carrier to be tilted in order to monitor and starvation test the vehicle’s fuel and lubrication system. The tilt table’s engineered design is also said to assure safe load stability throughout the operating range.
