A manufacturer of textile products contacted Pentalift for a safe and efficient method to empty a 51” wide x 40” long 1,000 lb container 120 degrees.. The container was first positioned on the platform at floor level using a manual pallet truck and the container was then gradually tilted 120 degrees automatically emptying the product onto a conveyor line for sorting. This model of bin dumper was designed to suit the specifics of the application. The dumper featured an integral chute with 12” high side guards and a self contained power unit.
