An International Cosmetic Company awards Pentalift and their Dealer Partner the contract to install 85 Hydraulic Roll-Off Stop Dock Levelers, 85 Model PS200 Dock Seals and 85 Model HFR32 Hydraulic Vehicle Restraints at their Midwestern Distribution Facility. This Cosmetics Giant determined that Pentalift was able to offer them a better design and value over the National Account dock supplier they had been using. Safety and performance were the driving factors in the decision to install Pentalift equipment. They elected to go with a Roll-Off Stop Lip which is designed to prevent accidents associated with fork trucks rolling off the dock when a trailer is not in place.
This Company was impressed with the strength and simplicity of the Pentalift lip design. Another option that was selected was the interlocking of the restraint with the leveler, in one common Master Control Panel, to force a procedural process that would further improve safety at their Loading Dock.
