No Low Lift and Tilt Tables

Product Overview

Pentalift NLT-Series No Low Lift & Tilt Tables combine the floor-level accessibility and ergonomic benefits of the proven NL-Series with integrated tilting functionality, creating a highly versatile solution for demanding material handling applications. The NLT-Series positions loads at an optimal working height while allowing the platform to tilt, bringing materials closer to the operator for improved access, visibility, and control. The result is a safer, more efficient workstation that reduces reaching, bending, and operator fatigue while increasing productivity.

Like the NL-Series, the NLT models eliminate the need for recessed pits or approach ramps, making them ideal for both new and existing facilities. Platform sizes range from 44” x 48” to 50” x 54”, with approximately 34–35” of vertical travel and capacities of 2,500 lb, 4,000 lb, and 6,000 lb.

A beveled approach edge supports smooth pallet jack entry and exit, ensuring efficient loading and unloading in high-frequency operations.

The Tilt Advantage: Ergonomics, Access & Productivity

Why Tilt Matters in Material Handling

At the heart of the NLT-Series is its integrated tilt platform, available with 30° or 45° tilt angles. This ergonomic design positions palletized products, bins, and containers closer to the operator, improving access to materials while minimizing repetitive bending and reaching. The result is a safer, more efficient workstation that enhances both productivity and worker comfort.

Instead of working over a flat horizontal surface, operators can position the load at an angle that significantly improves reach, visibility, and control.

Improved Operator Access & Reduced Strain

Tilt functionality reduces the need for bending, stretching, and overreaching during repetitive tasks. By presenting materials at a natural angle, the system helps:

  • Reduce operator fatigue and physical strain
  • Minimize repetitive motion injuries
  • Improve comfort during long-duration tasks
  • Support safer, more consistent handling practices

Increased Visibility and Accuracy

Tilted loads improve line-of-sight into cartons, bins, and palletized stacks. This is especially valuable in operations where accuracy is critical, such as picking or assembly.

Better visibility leads to:

  • Faster identification of components
  • Fewer handling errors
  • Improved quality control during inspection
  • More efficient workflow execution

Productivity Gains in High-Volume Operations

By reducing reach distance and improving access, tilt functionality directly contributes to faster cycle times. Operators spend less time repositioning themselves and more time completing value-added tasks.

This makes the NLT-Series particularly effective in:

  • High-volume order picking
  • Repetitive assembly operations
  • Kitting and packaging environments
  • Fast-paced distribution workflows

Dual Functionality: Lift and Tilt Integration

Floor-Level Loading with Added Ergonomic Control

Like the NL-Series, the NLT-Series provides full floor-level pallet jack access, allowing loads to be placed directly onto the platform without pits or ramps. Once positioned, the table can lift the load to an ergonomic working height and then tilt for enhanced access.

Flexible Workflow Applications

The combination of lift and tilt enables a wide range of operational uses:

  • Raise pallets to align with adjacent workstations or equipment
  • Tilt loads for improved access during picking or assembly
  • Support drive-through configurations for continuous flow
  • Adapt to both staging and active processing tasks

Built for Industrial Environments

The NLT-Series is engineered for demanding industrial use, offering robust hydraulic performance and durable construction for repeated daily operation. It is well suited for manufacturing, warehousing, assembly, and processing environments where both ergonomics and efficiency are essential.
