Pentalift’s “No Low” lift table models are specifically designed for flush mount, ground-level loading and unloading using either manual or powered pallet trucks. What makes the No Low design unique is its ability to rest directly on the floor, allowing for seamless drive-on/drive-off operation without the need for a ramp or pit installation.
The No Low design utilizes two narrow, individual lift table assemblies with a common U-shaped belly pan positioned between them. This innovative layout supports stable lifting while maintaining minimal height when fully lowered.

As an optional upgrade, the No Low can be equipped with an electric safety photo eye. This feature is designed to stop the platform from lowering if anything such as tools, materials, or person’s foot is detected in its path. By automatically halting movement when the beam is interrupted, the system helps prevent equipment damage and supports a safer working environment for all individuals in the area.
The photo eye system is installed at floor level on one end of the lower frame and aligned with a reflector on the opposite side. If the light beam is interrupted, the electric circuit to the lowering valve is automatically disengaged, halting the platform’s descent. Once the obstruction is cleared and the beam is re-established, normal operation can resume. It is important to note that depending on the size of the object, very small items may not be sufficient to interrupt the light beam.
