For lift tables operating in high-frequency or demanding environments, Pentalift offers an optional High Cycle Package. Â For these applications, this package enhances the lift table’s durability and ease of maintenance by providing upgrades to the following key components:
- Standard pivot point bushings are upgraded to greasable spherical bearings
- Steel leg rollers are upgraded to greasable precision cam followers
Each pivot point in the High Duty Cycle Package is equipped with a grease fitting, allowing for regular lubrication.
Why a Central Grease Lubrication System?
In some situations, such as when lifts are pit-mounted, installed in tight spaces, or positioned near walls or other equipment, accessing individual grease fittings for routine maintenance can be difficult and time-consuming. To simplify this process and ensure all pivot points are properly lubricated, lift tables with the High Duty Cycle Package can also be equipped with a Central Grease Lubrication System.
This option includes:
- A central grease manifold installed in a more accessible location on the lift.
- Individual grease lines running from the manifold to every lubricated pivot point
From this single, centralized location, a maintenance technician can quickly and conveniently service all lubrication points—helping reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Remote Maintenance Access with External Grease Manifold
Pentalift also offers an External Grease Manifold option for applications where mounting the central grease manifold directly on the lift frame is not practical or easily accessible. Selecting this option relocates the grease access point away from the lift table to a more convenient location, ensuring maintenance remains quick, safe, and efficient.
- Supplied with 14 feet of individual grease lines
- Factory pre-plumbed for quick installation
- Can be mounted on a nearby post or wall, away from the lift table
This external setup gives maintenance personnel convenient access for lubrication, even when the lift table is located in hard-to-reach areas.
