50,000 lb Capacity Symmetrical Thrust Lift Table

A Steel Mill required a high capacity lift table with a minimal platform size. The lift table illustrated was designed with a platform size approximately 4’ wide x 9’ long and a lifting capacity of 50,000 lbs. To comply with these criteria a symmetrical thrust (cylinders installed on both ends of lift to balance out thrust forces) lift design was adopted to provide the lifting capacity within a small foot print. The lift table was ordered with metal, telescopic skirting. The telescopic skirting features an inbound flange design eliminating the potential for debris build up on the individual sections.
