One of North Americas most recognized food processing companies required a group of 3 hydraulic scissor lifts to work in co-ordination in one of their poultry plants. These 3 hydraulic lift tables are approximately 3’ wide, 28’ long and rise to a height of approximately 16’. Due to the extreme operating environment these hydraulic lift tables were hot dip galvanized, designed with high duty cycle components and a central grease lubrication system. The central grease system allows the entire scissor lift to be lubricated from one conveniently located manifold eliminating the need to go under the platform. For additional safety each of the hydraulic lift tables was equipped with toe sensors and a hydraulic velocity. Powered by a 10 hp power unit the lift and lowering speed were designed to suit the application requirements.
