Dock Leveler Warranty
October 14, 2016, 3:34 pm - Pentalift's standard warranty states that dock levelers manufactured by Pentalift Equipment Corporation will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for normal use for one year. The deck assembly, lip assembly, and dock leveler frame are warrantied for 10 years. To properly validate the warranty, you need to complete a Product Registration Card. This general warranty applies to all dock levelers that Pentalift fabricates. If you would like more information on what is considered normal use, or have any questions about standard or extended warranties, do not hesitate to contact your Pentalift Sales Representative.
