A lift table designed to position helicopter blades during blade balancing operations for a major manufacturer of helicopters was engineered and built by Pentalift. The lift table features triple-scissor lift construction, a rotating top, deck extensions and a capacity of 6,000 lb. The lift table was designed to withstand severe outdoor conditions, including extreme temperatures, rain, snow and ice. The table features a central lubrication system to facilitate maintenance procedures, cylinders equipped with a protective "boot" for extended life, as well as a weather-proof power pack enclosure and sealed slew ring rotator bearing to ensure optimum performance in harsh environments.
