Description

The Pentalift LDL Dock Lift is offered in the most common sizes for Dock Lifts. It is ideally suited for retail stores or any location that loads or unloads a variety of trucks or trailers. It is highly effective for increasing loading dock safety and efficiency.  Pit installed units allow ground level access for all ranges of material handling equipment without the need for ramps, and are available in many sizes and capacities to suit the most common applications (see chart below). Vertical travel of 59" accommodates virtually all truck/trailer bed heights. Breaking down pallets of product can be eliminated, thereby dramatically increasing efficiency and safety. The potential of product damage is also reduced.

Specifications

Hydraulic Elevating Dock Model No. LDL___________ as manufactured by Pentalift Equipment Corporation. Elevating dock shall have a platform size of _____" wide x_____" long checker deck with bevel toe guards. The unit shall have a lifting capacity of_____ lb., vertical travel of 59" and a lowered height of 8".  An 18" x 60" one piece, high tensile steel bridge plate is to be provided on the rolling end. The hydraulic lift cylinder(s) shall be PentaFLOW style, equipped with an automatic bypass system at the top of cylinder stroke. A hydraulic velocity fuse shall be incorporated to prevent platform free-fall in the event a hydraulic hose is accidentally severed. All pivot points to have chromed pins and "lubricated for life" bearings. Unit shall have two removable guardrails, 42" high, with midrails and 4" high kick plates. An integral maintenance stand shall be provided for safety during servicing. Controls shall be NEMA 4X pendant type push-button. The power unit is to be remote mounted and consist of a totally enclosed motor with integral hydraulic fluid reservoir. The motor shall be equipped with NEMA 12 pre-wired enclosure. Power supply shall be _____/_____/_____. The elevating dock shall be shipped complete with hydraulic fluid. Unit shall have Pentalift gray finish.
