An apparel manufacturer required a "bulk" product Bin Tilter to integrate into a Distribution Center sorting system. The tilter design features a 50" wide and 40" long platform with a 1,000 lb. tilting capacity. The tilter was designed to provide 120 degrees of tilt with a hinged, adjustable chute assembly. The readily accessible control station allows the operator to easily position both the tilt and chute at the optimal, ergonomically correct work height. The unit has an approximate tilt cycle time of 20 seconds. The unit's self-contained 115/1/60 power unit facilitated an uncomplicated installation.
