Pentalift’s standard warranty states that dock levelers manufactured by Pentalift Equipment Corporation will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for normal use for one year.
The deck assembly, lip assembly, and dock leveler frame are warrantied for 10 years.
To properly validate the warranty, you need to complete a Product Registration Card. This general warranty applies to all dock levelers that Pentalift fabricates.
If a longer structural or hydraulic warranty period is required, then Pentalift can quote a custom warranty for your consideration. Each extended warranty request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, so ensure that you add a couple of business days into your planned quote time to allow for this review process.
